About Us

Partners procurement service (PPS) is a collaboration between a number of NHS trusts to deliver high quality and cost effective procurement and logistics services for the participating partners, who equally own the service. The partner trusts are:

Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

North Middlesex Hospital NHS Trust

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust

Whittington Health

Teams and Categories

PPS is arranged into specialist product and service categories and teams, led by senior staff who are accountable for driving maximum financial benefit.

Procurement processes and procedures are being incrementally standardised across the partner trusts, including the use of e-tendering and e-quote tools to ensure better use of technology.

The PPS Board is responsible for the strategic management of the service. Membership of the Board is made up of one representative from each of the partner trusts. PPS is hosted by Whittington Health.

PPS is subject to The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

All PPS purchases and contracts are subject to NHS terms and conditions.
